For in-air annealing, we have HFSX350-GI from Linkam (UK company).
It is fully integrated to beamline software (SPEC) and measurements will be similar to what you normally did before.
For controlled environment, special lid should be made. The body (HFSX350-GI) can be water cooled and has gas-in and gas-out ports. If you can make a lid, full operando might be possibleA controlled environment is possible by fabricating a custom lid. It is fully integrated to BXDS beamline software, SPEC.
