Provides sample temperature control from 85 – 500 K (-188 – +226 ºC) by blowing dry nitrogen gas over the sample. The system is fixed in the CMCF bend magnet . This system has liquid nitrogen auto-filling, so the minimum temperature can be maintained for several days continuously. The cryojet nozzle can be observed in the bottom left corner of the photo below.
