Sample cooling with LN2 is default mode (min. temp 80 K).
LHe is also possible (min. temp 10 K), Provides sample cooling for temperature dependent x-ray absorption measurements on the BioXAS Side branch. Cooling down to 80 K with liquid nitrogen is the default mode. Cooling down to 10 K with liquid helium is also possible given advanced notice to beamline staff.
